🧾 2. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We require a 1-night deposit to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is paid at check-in.
💡 Please note: Deposits are non-refundable.

🕐 3. What are your check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: from 1:00 PM

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  Late check-out may be available upon request.
  
  

🌊 4. How far is the surf from the hotel?

Lakey Peak, Lakey Pipe, and other surf breaks are all within walking distance (2–10 minutes) from our hotel.
No need for a car or long travel.

🏄‍♂️ 5. Do you rent surfboards or offer surf lessons?

We can connect you with local surf guides, board rentals (shortboards, longboards), and even arrange lessons for beginners.

🚖 6. Can you arrange airport pick-up?

Yes, we offer private airport transfer from Bima (BMU).
Send us your flight details and we’ll take care of the rest.

🍽️ 7. Is breakfast included?

Yes, all room bookings include daily breakfast (Indonesian or Western options).
Coffee and tea are also available.

🛜 8. Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas.
Speeds are decent for emails, messaging, and browsing — though limited for video calls or streaming.

👥 9. Can I stay with a group or family?

Yes! We have a Big House / White Villa that fits up to 6 guests — perfect for groups, families, or surf teams.

💵 10. Can I pay with credit card?

We currently accept cash (IDR) and credit Card  and bank transfer.
ATM is available in Dompu town (around 1 hour away), so please bring enough cash.

🧴 11. What should I bring for my stay?

We recommend:

• Reef-safe sunscreen

• Surfboard & wax (or rent here)

• Rash guard or wetsuit top

• Reusable water bottle

• Mosquito repellent
